Treatment:

Mat: 8 minutes twice daily: morning 150 % level, evening 25 % level
Pad: 24 minutes 3-5 times daily 200-400 % level

 

Sport: Training

Sport: Recuperation

 

Treatment:

Mat: 8 minutes 3 times daily 10-25 0;6 level
immediately after the training unit
