Hello Gillian,
I would like to let you know how pleased I am with the performance of the iMRS mat and pad. I have been using the mat and pad for seven weeks and am really feeling the benefit from it. I am 76 years old having had sciatica for many years and found I was not as able to carry out the everyday housework and gardening as well as I used to. By the end of each day I was in quite a lot of pain in my back and down my left leg. I was also very tired. I now feel much more energetic and am more able to do gardening and housework. I am still in pain at the end of the day but not as much and I am not as tired. Also am sleeping very well.
I am more thrilled with the progress of Len. Before he started using the mat and pad (He has had Parkinson’s for about 13 years) he was becoming very slow in his movements and very unsteady on his feet. No energy and his speech was becoming quite slurred. I found it difficult to understand him and always had to ask him to repeat everything which made him stop speaking most of the time and he was becoming quite withdrawn. I have seen such an improvement in him. He has much more energy and his speech has improved a great deal.
His face is much more relaxed, before it was always screwed up. I feel already his quality of life has improved a great deal and am looking forward to seeing how he progresses in the future.
