Electromagnetic Field of the HeartNo doubt, we are all familiar that the heart is located between the lungs, behind the breastbone and that it has the size of a fist, weighing an average of  less than 10 ounces.  Consider this amazing human heart, as the organ that pumps life-giving oxygenated and nutrient-rich blood throughout our bodies on a precise schedule, 60 to 90 times a minute.  Researchers are now learning that this marvelous machine also possesses a level of intelligence.  Evidence shows that it plays a greater role in our mental, emotional and physical processes than previously thought.

The heart is the first organ to function after conception. It gives us universal characteristic, whilst the brain gives us individual characteristic. Our heart holds the key to bonding with others. Learn to journey into your heart, as it is beautifully explained in HeartMath.  Gift yourself with the experience of coming home to the place of peace deep within you. Come to know your wisest friend, your greatest teacher,  your deepest experience of inner Peace……Your Essence. You will fall in love with you “wholeheartedly”.

Guiding back into biophysics, the heart generates the body’s most powerful and most extensive rhythmic electromagnetic field. Compared to the electromagnetic field produced by the brain, the electrical component of the heart’s field is about 60 times greater in amplitude and permeates every cell in the body.  Studies show that this powerful electromagnetic field can be detected and measured several feet away from a person’s body.

Researchers tried to determine whether the heart’s electromagnetic field could be detected and measured in another person when the pair were either seated within about three feet of each other or held hands. The data showed that a transference of the electromagnetic energy produced by the heart occurred.

Practices such as therapeutic touch, holoenergetic healing, healing touch, chi gong and reiki among others are based upon the assumption that an exchange of energy occurs to facilitate healing.

Basic research has proven that a person’s emotional state is also communicated throughout the body via the heart’s electromagnetic field. Negative emotions, such as anger, frustration or anxiety are associated with an erratic, disordered, incoherent pattern in the heart’s rhythm.  In contrast, positive emotions, such as love, prayer, appreciation, are associated with a smooth, ordered, coherent pattern in the heart’s rhythmic activity.  In turn, these changes in the heart’s beating patterns create corresponding changes in the structure of the electromagnetic field, radiated by the heart.

Scientific evidence shows that environmental exposure to electro-pollution can affect cardiovascular function and even cause heart rhythm disturbances. Exposing the body to harmonious pulsed electromagnetic fields (PEMF) counteracts these harmful frequencies.  Magnetic resonance stimulation (MRS) can indeed come to rescue therapeutically and preventative and has been found to significantly affect cardiac function together with all other bodily functions.

On a side note and very interesting, the existence of heart cancer has never been encountered.  This is contributed to the strong magnetic field of the heart muscle itself.   Our website seminar teaches that 75 Trillion cells are functioning via electromagnetic impulses. The higher the cell potential, the lower the risk of chronic illnesses and cancer! Thus, tuning up your cells 8 minutes a day “may take the doctor away”!
