Expressing concern, I would like to dedicate this blog to BALANCE, examining its definition, how our environment and human life is affected without its presence, and how to rediscover its value. Lastly – as it is taught in this website – how to maintain perfect balance with the help of pulsed electro magnetic fields (PEMF).

Many health articles insist that accelerated or premature aging is all too common in our society. This condition can be due to a variety of factors, such as the accumulation of environmental toxins, stress, nutritional deficiencies, lack of exercise and daily imbalanced life style.

MAN WAS CREATED to live in harmony with a pristine environment. The air was clean, the water pure and the soil was rich. But in his innate desire to invent, man changed the world he was given. Never before has our health been threatened by more pollution, electro smog and unexplainable illnesses. Our body, mind and soul were designed to live in harmony.

Taking another look at the importance of balance, its meaning and manifestation, let us refer to Yin and Yang, a Chinese philosophy of balance. Its concepts are used to describe how opposite or contrary forces are actually complementary, interconnected, and interdependent in the natural world, giving rise to each other as they interrelate to one another. Interdependent can not exist without each other. Normally, this is a harmonious exchange, but when out of balance, they affect each other. Too much of one can eventually weaken (consume) the other, creating imbalance.

In his book “The Untethered Soul”, Michael A. Singer, so vividly explains the secret of the middle way, another interesting concept of balance. Everything has its own balance point. It is the harmony of all balance points, woven together, that forms the secret and power of a perfect center. Overall balance maintains its equilibrium as it moves powerful through time and space. If you want to imagine the power of balance, examine how much energy is wasted swinging sideways. Instead center your energies on the path you have chosen. If you do, all energy will be put into the center, the power of balance. This principle holds true in every aspect of life. If you are in balance, you eat when it is time to eat, you sleep when it is time to sleep, you move when it is time to move, maintaining a healthy body.

It is much more efficient and beneficial to keep a balanced life style, than to be burdened with the effects of extremes. Basically, you waste tremendous energy at the extremes. To choose the extreme, takes all your energy, living in the center is the place where energies are balanced. But how do you stop the pendulum from swinging to the outer edges? Amazingly enough, you do this by leaving it alone. It won’t keep swinging to the extremes unless you feed the extremes with energy. Don’t participate in them and the pendulum will naturally come toward the center. Once it comes to the center, you will get filled with energy, the benefit of not wasting it toward extremes. Balance in the center, will bring harmony into your life, the Yin and the Yang.

Balanced diet: A balanced diet is important because your body’s organs and tissues need proper nutrition to work effectively. Without a balanced diet the body is more prone to diseases, infection, fatigue and poor performance.

Balanced muscle strength: Proper and balanced muscle strength is important to protect all joints.

Balanced alkaline and pH: Alternative and integrative cancer doctors understand that acid-alkaline balance is vitally important for achieving and maintaining good health. Imbalances can lead to diseases, including cancer.
Alkaline and pH balance is also important for bone health.
