MRS and Coffee?

Coffee and MRS?

Love your morning Java?  You are not alone.  More than 60% of American adults enjoy a daily cup of coffee, according to a 2013 National Coffee Association study. But beyond merely giving you a morning boost  – quoting United Healthcare  –  coffee is being linked to potential health benefits, nothing short of amazing.  Last year, Mayo Clinic reported that coffee can make you smarter, can help you burn fat, may protect against Type 2 Diabetes, Parkinson’s as well as liver disease (including liver cancer ). Lastly, it decreases the risk of depression. Adding a splash of low-fat milk, and you are upping your intake of bone-strengthening calcium too.  But don’t gulp down a whole pot just yet – –  the American Medical Association maintains that it’s best to drink no more than two to three 8-oz cups of brewed or drip coffee per day.

MAGNETIC RESONANCE STIMULATION COMPLEMENTS AND ENHANCES BENEFITS CLAIMED ABOVE.  YET, IT IS IMPORTANT TO ENJOY YOUR CUP OF JAVA  AFTER YOUR MRS SESSION.  WHY?

Not contradicting the health aspects of coffee, it does have a slight dehydrating effect on the body, just as all caffeinated drinks.  This is the reason why every classy “European Café ” serves a big glass of water with their “Kaffee und Kuchen”, the daily 3:00 o’clock holy rhythm not to be missed 🙂 .

To achieve the best MRS results, as it is taught in this website, the body needs to be sufficiently hydrated. Mostly because of accelerated detoxification and other enhanced metabolic functions. Lightheadedness after an MRS session signals general dehydration and should alert the user to drink at least one cup of water immediately.

It’s no magic bullet, but the benefits of water are many and Americans seem to carry bottled water everywhere they go these days. Think of water as a nutrient your body needs most.  Drinking water helps maintain the balance of body fluids. Functioning of these body fluids include digestion, absorption, circulation, transportation of nutrients, and maintenance of body temperature.

Each cell is embedded in fluid.  This intercellular fluid serves as a transport medium for metabolic products. Nutrients are delivered, waste is eliminated through sufficient fluid or water.   The intercellular fluid is called SOL.

A healthy sol state forms the optimum prerequisite for the cell metabolism and thus for a magnetic resonance stimulation (MRS).   In less favorable cases, the sol state develops into a gel state which may be observed with dehydration.  The gel state may explain the occasional resistance to MRS or inadequate results.  Metabolic exchange is difficult to achieve in a gel state which is denser than the sol state.   Bottom line:  Drink 6 to 8 cups of water daily or at least one cup 20 minutes prior to your MRS session. As per Dr. Christian Thuile, MD, the ideal time for treatment is after eating during the day, in the morning before drinking your delicious “brew”.

HAPPY AND HEALTHY PULSING,

ENJOYING YOUR COFFEE THEREAFTER -:)
