To stop the recurring billing payments from processing you will need to do so at PayPal.com (see directions below)

To change or cancel your agreement with Hermina Danneil – MediConsult, log in to your PayPal account, go to your Profile, and click My money. Update your agreement in the “My preapproved payments” section.
